If the Referee determines (in his/her sole discretion) that an Athlete has breached any of the requirements of Article 10.2 of this Part Two, the Referee will disqualify the Athlete from that event (save in the case of breach of Article 10.2.7 of this Part Two, where the Referee will disqualify the Athlete that entered the water from the next race that the Athlete is scheduled to compete in at the competition).
