If a Product that is a swimsuit or wetsuit is approved by World Aquatics, World Aquatics will provide to the applicant manufacturer a World Aquatics Homologation Mark, which the applicant manufacturer must apply to the Product (or if the Product is in two pieces, to both pieces) before it is offered for sale or otherwise used by an Athlete.
