An application for approval must be submitted to World Aquatics at least six (6) months prior to the proposed start date of the competition. World Aquatics will have absolute discretion whether or not to consider any application for approval that is submitted to World Aquatics fewer than six (6) months prior to the proposed start data of the competition (and, if the application for approval is granted, whether or not World Aquatics will provide some or all of the usual outcomes of approval).
